Bon Fire

A Couple weeks ago, we had a bonfire with friends! Our kids are all close in age. So they love to get together too, they like to think it's a 'party'..

Pepper..

Pepper passed away today.. We got her when I was in 9th grade, so she was getting old. But it was unexpected and sad. She was playing with her ball then came in the house for a minute, and then next thing you know, Jeremie found her laying dead in the hall. We are thinking it was a heart attack, but we don't know for sure!

Shaylee was pretty sad when I told her. She loved pepper. As you can see in the picture, they loved to play in the pool together. It became a summer tradition at Grandma's house.

I keep saying that she's in heaven playing with Scruffy.. But since they were both mean dogs, I dont know if thats really going on LOL

Cheer Performance #2

Shaylee had her 2nd cheer performance for the year. She did a great job and looked so cute. She loves being a little cheerleader! One more performance at the end of april, then she is done for the summer. I love going and watching her perform, she is at such a cute age!


Holy cow Rowdy was full of it that night! He was being a terror.

Happy Easter!

Of course Shaylee woke up extra early to see what the Easter bunny had brought for her. She came in my room and Said "Guess what, the Easter Bunny came lastnight!"














He brought lots of summer clothes, sandals, toys and candy.

Rowdy was kind of onry that we woke him up to see what he got.

After all the excitement wore off up stairs, Shaylee looked down the stairs and saw eggs galore.. The Easter Bunny hid Eggs all over in the basement!

Rowdy wasn't to interested in all the eggs surrounding him. He just wanted in the other room.

Easter Afternoon

This afternoon, while Rowdy had his nap. Me and Shaylee dyed and decorated eggs. Then after he woke up, we all hopped on the 4- wheeler and went and found a hill to roll them down. Then went on a nice wheeler ride (Shaylee fell asleep of course, it never fails on a 4-wheeler)

Rowdy wound up with the one pink egg, and would not throw it. He just held on to it and kept saying "ball!"















It was perfect weather for a nice wheeler ride. Rowdy loved every minute of it!

Saturday in Monroe

We spent the saturday before Easter in Monroe. The kids had a blast. They met Markell's new goat 'Cocoa', Shaylee had a easter egg hunt, We played baseball, and had BBQ hamburgers. It was a great day.

Easter Egg Hunt

On Thursday I took Shaylee to Beaver's easter egg hunt, She had so much fun there that we decided to get a few mom's together and do another one on Friday. We had about 5 mom's and we all did 10 eggs.. The kids loved it! Shaylee had a blast, even though it was bitter cold outside!

A Day in Cedar City

Happy April Fools Day. You know our day couldn't start, without a few jokes.

Joke 1: Shaylee called her Papa Dog and told him, "Papa I accidentally cut my hair last night with sissors" Papa-"Is it short" Shaylee- "Yes, short like boy hair." Papa- "Oh no, why did you do that?" Shaylee-"April Fools."

Joke 2: Shaylee called her Grandma Gleave and said "guess what grandma, there is a baby in my mommys tummy.. Another brother or sister" Gr.Gleave- "Oh my gosh! There is?" Shaylee- "Yeah there is." Gr. Gleave (so excited and cheering) Shaylee- "April Fools!!"

After our Jokes we headed for Cedar for the day to meet my parents for lunch at sizzler and shopping.



At Home Depot, we ran into my cousin with her cute baby Tyler. We had to try and get a pic of them together, they are only a month and a half age difference!

We had to go see all the baby chicks at Cal Ranch. The kids loved them.

Then at walmart, we ran into the Easter Bunny and of course we had to have a picture!

Birthday Party (#3)

I have been putting off a 'friend' party for a long time, But I knew this little girl wanted one and now that she's at the age of 4, she probably should have a 'friend' party.
I was so last minute. I sent out a text at like 9 in the morning saying drop your kids off at noon at the park. I thought only a couple would be able to come. So we were happy to see that we had 8 little friends :) We just did pizza and cake. And played at the park for about a hour and a half. It was a awesome warm day, so it couldn't of been any better!
Her friends that came were: Elsie, Danzee, Emmy, Britlee, Briggs, Jex, Trey, and Eli!

Birthday Party (#2)

After Jumpin Jacks and the movie. We had aunt Stephanie's family, Grandma & Grandpa Luce, Jer and Gentrie over to papa dog and grandma Melanee's house for some cake and icecream!
