Christmas Day

Between Christmas eve with the Gleave family, Christmas morning at our house, and Christmas day with the Higgins family Shaylee got soooooooo many presents!! Santa brought her a rocking horse and barn. She got so many cute toys and clothes from both sets of grandparents. We had a great Christmas, we were able to be with chase until 1, then he headed back to Beaver to wait for the snow. He is out plowing right now, Beaver just got hit hard by the storm! I'm thankful that Fran & Russell fed him a nice Christmas dinner, because I was feeling a little guilty that he was all alone!

SaNtA aNd ShAyLeE!!

Today at the mall Shaylee was able to sit on Santa's lap. She never cried just maybe fussed a little at first. She liked his white beard. We have been Christmas shopping all day, And just about have everthing done!

Chase gets his Lion!

On Decemeber 12th chase got his lion on the Beaver mountain. It was 7ft long and weighed between 135-140 pounds. He was very excited to draw this tag and fill it. We took it to the taxidermist the next day, so soon I will have a lion rug to hang in my house. I'm so excited let me tell you!

Twilight

So today I finally went and to see twilight with Chase and my cousin Amber. I really liked it, but I must say I didn't like Edward at first he really had to grow on me. I think they should have chose a little bit more MANLY of a guy. But all in all it was good and I will definitly go see it again.

Grandma's House!

We are at Grandma's again, we came on Tuesday and will be leaving either tonight or tomarrow. We celebrated Chase's birthday on Thursday with my family and then on Friday in Mesquite with our Friends. We had alot of fun eating at the buffet and me blowing like 30 dollars! And then CHASE had fun bowling since he doesn't gamble. It was the first time I had been to mesquite since I turned 21, SO my ID got checked a few times!

Shaylee's Play Time!

The other day we had Jex over for play time. Every toy he picks up Shaylee tries taking it from him, well as you can see he is quit a bit bigger so that doesn't go over well with him. They played for about a hour then Shaylee fell asleep. She has had a little rash on her cheeks the last few days, but its finally starting to clear up.

Its been a long time!

On November 1st we went out lookin for a bear! No such luck. We had fun tho and cooked some hot dogs. My dad and mom were in Beaver because they were there the night before for Halloween! So they came along and had fun too.
Shaylee has been to one bear tree since she was born. She liked looking at all the barking dogs, but had NO idea there was a bear in the tree above her.

Our baby is 7 months old today!

I can't believe how time flies by, She is already 7 months old and is so much fun. She brings so much joy to our family.

Fall Picutures

Today we took Shaylee to Stalehi farms and took some pictures of her. She loved this little horse, She was petting the horse and got a little unsure of the way its hair felt. She's use to soft dog hair.

Teasing Shaylee

We were playing around and decided to put my mom's neck brace on Shaylee. She wasn't very happy with us, but we thought it was sure cute! haha. My brother came walking in and yelled at me and my mom for doing that to her. He's pretty protective of Shaylee, and Im sure glad Chase wasn't here or he would been mad at us too!! haha

Just Chillin' with Grandpa

This afternoon Shaylee has been her grandpa's little friend. Watching "Huntin" shows on the TV. He went deer hunting this morning and then he comes home a watches it on TV. Can you say obsessed? She has been getting a little rash under her mouth from her binki, and we still think she has her ear infection. When we went to the doctor last Friday he gave her a new antibiotic and it tasts NASTY. I know cuz I tasted a little. When I put it in her mouth she spits it back at me and when I put it in her bottle she refuses to drink it. So alot of good a anibiotic does if she isn't even getting any down. She will be going back to the on Friday to see if there is any improvement.

HuNtInG!

Well we are back in St.George this weekend (Me and Shaylee). Because It's the DEER HUNT!! Chase went with his brothers and dad somewhere in Monroe. I talked to him and he hasn't seen one deer yet! And on top off all that he has a pretty bad cold. SO Shaylee and I have been hanging out down here with my mom this weekend, I gave my mom a haircut today and we've just kind of had a LAZY day. Which everyone needs now and then. I will probably stay until tuesday because my brother is suppose to be closing on his house on Monday. And we have alot of stuff to do in his new house (shower curtains, rugs, bedding, arranging furniture, ect. ect.) all the stuff MEN have no clue what there doing with.

Shopping & Uncle Brad

Today we went shopping for stuff to put in Jeremie's new house. It's fun when you can shop with someone else credit card! We bought a new bed set, and towels, shower curtains, ect.. for 2 bathrooms. We had fun and only spent $350

which I think is pretty good for all the stuff we got. My brother will be ready to move in now as soon as his house closes on the 15th. We are excited for him and I know he is excited to get out of here!

After we were done shopping my uncle Brad stopped by St.George on his way back from Canada. He was excited to see Shaylee, and she loved him. It was nice to see him we hardly ever get to since he lives in California.

Our Week In Beaver

On Tuesday, me and Shaylee broke out the Halloween decorations. We had fun decorating, but I decided I need MORE decorations.

On Sunday, Chase had to go plow snow on the mountain. I was surprised that there was snow already.

On monday, Shaylee's friend Jex came over to play. Well actually they slept for 2 hours then played for 1 hour. Here he looks kinda sad cuz I just pulled out his plug to take the picture!

Las Vegas!

Today we went to Vegas, to take my mom to her doctor appointment. They removed her staples from the back of her neck, YUCK! After that we went to lunch and to the mall. I just have to say it was a fun day but it makes me so thankful to live in BEAVER!!!! I don't know how anyone could live there. I've been in St.George since last tuesday and I can't wait to get back home to my small town and husband tomarrow.

6 MONTHS OLD TODAY

Shaylee is 6 months old today! So of course I had to go have her pictures taken. They went well even though she has been kinda fussy the whole day from her ear. I can't believe it's already been 6 months, she is growing WAY to fast. She has been so much fun, we love this little girl and we always wonder what we did with out her. She is so cute and fun. Happy 6 months Shay-bear!

DoCtOr

Last night we took Shaylee to the doctor, she was fussy and tugging at her ear. Of course we are in St.George and our doctor is in Beaver. So we went to a pediatrician here, She was very nice. And sure enough she has a ear infection! This is already her 2nd one and she only 6 months old. So we started her on antibiotics this morning, hopefully she will recover fast.

FaLl Is HeRe!

On friday we took a ride up indian creek for the day. We went fishing for a minute up there and I caught one fish. Since winter will be around the corner we decided we better get all the fishing in that we can. I love fall but I hate winter and the snow! Snow means long days for Chase in the plower, which he is not looking forward to.

Our Weekend in St.George

My Brother has put a offer in on a new house. He put some money down on this house and he will be under contract tomarrow. This is a brand new house, and its a very cute little house in coral canyon. Which means a POOL! which I like.

As you can see shaylee is having so much fun in St.George. My mom keeps taking her on little stroller rides around the neiborhood. We will be back next weekend to help my mom after her neck surgery on wensday.

PiCtUrEs!

Today we went to sears and had Shaylee's pictures taken. I'm obsessed with having her pictures taken. I have them done once a month. They turned out cute, but she wasn't very happy. So we spent a hour trying to make her laugh, but we had no luck! She is still cute smiling or not. While we were getting pictures Chase was trying to break a horse. He took a horse thats never even been saddled. And made it rideable in just 2 hours. He's pretty talented when it comes to breaking horses. Now he will take the horse on a long ride tomarrow.

The other day we went fishing on the Beaver mountain. It was fun I must say I must be a good fisher, because I was the only one to catch any fish.

For the life of us we couldn't get Shaylee to look at the camera!
This is my mom and her fat horse Freckles. Chase hates that horse but my mom loves him so I guess thats what matters!
