Bucks!

Tonight we went for a drive to the grove, of course anyone who live's in beaver knows about the deer that come right to the window looking for food. Shaylee had a blast petting them (this is just the small buck). The BIG one's were being fed apples by other people. Shaylee kept saying "Bucks!" She loves all animals. Next time I will have to take my camera so I can get some good pictures.

Ear Tubes

Yesterday we had Shaylee's ear tubes redone. It's a fairly easy procedure, the hard part is when she is coming out and doesn't really know what's going on. My mom came up from St.George for the surgery, she stayed and played with Shaylee for a while. By the afternoon Shaylee was all the way back to normal. Lets hope that the second time is the charm! I feel bad that my little one has had so many ear infections.

Tank

This is Shaylee's new puppy Tank.. She love's him! He's a little black and white chiuaha (SP?). I've been getting a little nervous that she might really hurt him since he is sooo tiny, but she seems to be doing well with him. She's starting to learn "soft" since we say it to her all the time now. Thanks Skyler and Steph for the cute puppy!

Moose Hunt

Chase was very exited when he got invited by his friend Russell on a Moose hunt in the Unitas. They left early friday morning and stayed at their trucks that night. Saturday morning they got up and packed in 8 miles on horses and mules. Sunday morning they found the moose and Shot it!! He had a blast..

Our Week In St.George

While Chase was gone on a moose hunt we decided to head to St.George for the week. We had lots of fun and shopping. ( My dad was gone deer hunting) So it was definitly a girls week!

Of course my mom can't go to wal-mart without bringing Shaylee home some new toys. She got some cute dress up shoes and baba's for her babies.

Lots of Swimming and Shopping! Oh and Of course "Pepper" (the dog) We probably heard that name out of Shaylee's mouth at least 70 times a day!! I think it's safe to say she is OBSESSED with her! And poor Pepper isn't use to having a toddler running around throwing stuff at her and kissing her all the time. We had a great time!

Rooster!

This picture was taken AFTER I got Shaylee settled down from being ATTACKED by that ROOSTER!!

We got down to the horse's tonight and the rooster was on our side of the fence. Well Shaylee thought it was pretty cool that it would "cockadiddledoo".. .. I was trying to keep her as far away from it as I could (she was like 6 feet away from it) and I turned by back to walk the hay to the horses. Next thing I know my mom is screaming and Shaylee is on the ground crying with the rooster pecking her back. My mom said as soon as I turned my back it ran as fast as it could to attack her. SAD. But she got over it fast and said bye and blew it a kiss when we left!

Labor Day Camping Trip

We had a awesome weekend camping up North Creek. We're a little sad that this is probably our last camping trip of the year, and that summer is coming to an end.

Our friends Eddie and Patty and there kids came up and went with us. Also Robbie and Collette and Shaylee's little friend Jex. We did alot of bear hunting (with no luck). Made some yummy food, and had a great time.

Next week Chase is going on a Moose hunt with Russell and he is really excited for that. We are definatly not ready for snow yet, but we know it's right around the corner.
