Here are a few pictures from Shaylee's birthday party. Thanks to everyone who came, She had so much fun working the crowd. I still can't believe its been a year!

Cake!

Although we are having a little family birthday party for Shaylee tomarrow, I couldn't let my baby not have any cake on her REAL birthday!! So I made a little cake and gave her a piece, She loved it and kept saying "mmmm" while she was eating it. I can't believe my little baby is already ONE! It makes me a little sad, especially when I look back at pictures of her.

Its my baby Shaylee's 1st birthday today!! I can't believe how fast it flew by, it kind of makes me sad! We got her a little power wheels 4-wheeler , Now all she has to do is figure out how to press the button to make it go!!

Self Feeding

Shaylee is learning to feed herself and she can make a good little mess for me to clean up afterwards. This morning she was eating oatmeal and after she was done it was everywhere. Her hair, eyebrows, face, hands and clothes. Not to mention all over my floor which I just mopped yesterday!

Happy St.Pattys Day!!

Today we had Shaylee's friend come over for some play time I tried to take a few pictures of them on St. Patricks Day but I couldnt get her to hold still and She just wanted a taste of Jex's sippy cup (thats why she is crying cuz I took away HIS sippy). Other then that we had a great day today. We walked the bike path with Collette and Jex, the weather was great out, Which is always good!!

So happy St.Pattys Day to everyone, I hope you didn't get pinched. We had to pinch Jex for not wearing any GREEN!

Shaylee's Farm Fun

Since today was a nice day in Beaver we took Shaylee down to the farm while Wade shoed our horses. I decided sitting in the back of the truck was the safest place for me and her, since she wanted to run around and play and couldn't get near the horse that was being shoed. She loved playing with the goat (Bootsie) and riding her pony. The horseshoer also tried riding the pony which tried to buck him off! I guess he doesn't want big people on him. I named the horse SlingShot and I think that fits him great.

American Idol Taylor Vaiafanua

Today we went to walmart to get Jaclyn a bridal shower gift. We were walking down the Laundry soap isle and we passed Taylor, I looked at my mom and said "Was that the girl off American Idol?" and she was all "Yeah!"

So we chased her down to the front of the store so we could get a picture of her with Shaylee!!! She was really sweet and very gorgeous. SO needless to say we were really excited when we left walmart today.
