Potty

No she is not potty trained, nor is she "potty training." But my mom bought her a new potty and she was really excited to try it out, so we sat her on it for about 10 minutes then all the sudden she went pee... We all started screaming and were so excited! We gave her some M&M's as a reward. She was pretty excited, but I think we will give her at least another 6 months before we really attempt potty training! But for the record today was her first time peeing on a potty :)

Pumpkin Days!

Yesterday we headed to Monroe for Pumpkin Days, a little family tradition that Chase's family has done for years. Shaylee had lots of fun and suprisingly she would stick her hand in the pumpkin and pull out the seeds. She had lots of fun playin with her cousin Trayl. We are getting excited for Halloween this year!

Hogle Zoo

My husband found himself a "beater" hunting truck to buy, so of course it was up north in Orem.. So I said if we are going up that far to get a truck then you are taking me and Shaylee to the zoo. We had a great day at the Zoo. Shaylee loved to see all the animals. Especially the monkeys, and she loved riding the train. Of course before we leave we had to go into the over priced gift shop and pick up a souvenier, Luckily she picked a little book about baby animals that didn't set us to far back haha.

I Love Fall...

Today we went up the canyon to attempt to get some fall pictures..I just had my camera and a tri-pod. So it was a little difficult to get a toddler to look at the camera, but we ended up with a few good ones.

DORA!

Everyone know's that Shaylee LOVES Dora the Explorer.... Well today when "Cowgirl Dora" came on, Shaylee had to have her "Hat" and "Horsee" too!

So when Dora rode so did Shaylee. She thought it was great that Dora had a horsee today! To bad I couldn't record that episode, she loved it!!

Bucks!

Tonight we went for a drive to the grove, of course anyone who live's in beaver knows about the deer that come right to the window looking for food. Shaylee had a blast petting them (this is just the small buck). The BIG one's were being fed apples by other people. Shaylee kept saying "Bucks!" She loves all animals. Next time I will have to take my camera so I can get some good pictures.

Ear Tubes

Yesterday we had Shaylee's ear tubes redone. It's a fairly easy procedure, the hard part is when she is coming out and doesn't really know what's going on. My mom came up from St.George for the surgery, she stayed and played with Shaylee for a while. By the afternoon Shaylee was all the way back to normal. Lets hope that the second time is the charm! I feel bad that my little one has had so many ear infections.
