Country Jam 2009

We had alot of fun at Country Jam this year! Big & Rich and Jason Aldean were awesome.. The days were HOT, but the nights were perfect.. I told Chase we are going again next year, there will be some good singers like Keith Urban, Trace Adkins, Miranda Lambert and Alan Jackson. So hopefully we will make it again!

Shaylee's St.George Fun

While we were gone at Country Jam, Shaylee has been here in St.George having a blast with Grandma and Papa.. They took her alot of fun places. When I got here yesterday she barley reconized her mom. I will post some pictures of Country Jam when I get home and back to my camera, We had a blast. Jason Aldean and Big & Rich were AWESOME!

Happy 4 Year Anniversary!

Today is our 4 year anniversary, we met my mom in Cedar to drop Shaylee off... And in just about an hour we will be hitting the road for Country Jam! We are excited to be going with Mike and Jess, she won tickets off the radio.

New Car!

Today I decide I wanted a new car, so we went down to the dealership here in beaver, I test drove a couple and decided this was the one I wanted! It's a 2006 Pontiac G6, it's fun to drive and best of all it's AUTOMATIC! So I am pretty excited about it!

Bye Bye Baba

Shaylee has gone 2 full days with out her bottle!! I have them all packed up so there is no temptation. It has been a little hard on us, because she won't just sit down and drink a sippy like she does with her bottle. I loved just propping her on a pillow and she would drink the entire bottle then throw it down and go on with her day. That doesn't happen with the sippy, it takes her all day just to finish one full cup. Mornings have been O.K. though and that was what I was worried about.

LaS vEgAs!

Shaylee and I went to Las Vegas with my parents on Saturday while Chase went to Monroe for Markell's baptism. We met up with my dad's side of the family who we rarely get to see. My cousins Krista, Farron, Jarrod, and Mary were all in town for a wedding it was great seeing them as well as uncle Bobby and aunt Julee.

We went and looked around at some fun stores and visited with everyone, then it was back to Mesquite for dinner, then home. It was a long but fun day... Shaylee cut a back molar, so she has been a little bit fussy.

Shaylee's 1st Haircut!

I was cutting my dad's hair this evening and since I had all my stuff out I decided to grab Shaylee and give her a little trim.. It was her 1st haircut and I was a little nervous that I would be the one to give her a bald spot. But it was good to get all those stringy ends off, now if we could just get the front to grow like the back, she wouldn't have a baby mullet.
